EDITOR'S LETTER

Hot off the digital presses Lolita is a rounded cutting edge, online publication for young women of all ethnicities across the globe. Lolita Magazine caters to mainly an all female audience ranging in ages from 15-25. A majority of these young women are fighting to cope with everyday issues as well as dealing with the essential facet of coming into their own. When Lolita was created, Rohn Padmore - the publisher, wanted to give back to young women by delivering a secured open platform that they could believe in. A virtual mentor like a trusted big sister or a best friend if you will. Moreover the premise is based upon instilling faith in young ladies to make better choices with their lives. Essentially evoking them to invest in self-love and believing in themselves.

Lolita will provide a comfortable safe haven for young women to just simply be who they are. They can confide their risqué inquiries without feeling embarrassingly weird, less than or not conservative enough. With every issue that follows our hope is that Lolita will motivate and inspire. Faith will be the driving force to the ultimate goal and that is encouraging all young women that they no longer have to be thought of as incapable or less than their older counterparts. Their voices will be heard, their issues addressed. We'll explore pertinent everyday topics that will be mentally nourishing and positively helpful to our audience. Lolita's staff and  contributors feel that this is their moral responsibility. An obligation to say with a strong effort to approach real-life topics that most other magazine's may deem otherwise unsuitable for discussion. Some tentative topics may include but will not be limited to, sex and body, self-mutilation, suicide, eating disorders, understanding friendships, relationship building, college preparation, employment, politics, fashion, entertainment and lifestyle topics just to name a few.

Prepare yourself for a double dash of guidance with an edgy twist of pleasure and a sweet dose of reality. Lolita has finally arrived...
